The second core course in the Interactive Technology and Pedagogy certificate program, this course focuses on the current state of technology in the academy, the practicalities involved in creating a technology dependent project and does all of this in the context of the students developing their own technology-based projects.

Through class discussions, online work and workshops, students will hone their understanding of and ability to use educational technology while also developing a proposal of their own. The final product of the course is that proposal for a multimedia-based project in their discipline related to research, pedagogy or both.
